Wilco Foreclosures

Austin, TX

I was wondering if anyone was following the foreclosure sales in Williamson County. I've done a little research and found that a "debt collector" in Addison Texas was the "trustee" for most all of the foreclosed homes. Did anyone know that this "debt collector"" has been sanctioned in Texas? Did anyone know this was a violation of Texas law for a mortgage company/servicer to use such a "debt collector"?
I feel that the people who have had their home foreclosed on find an attorney and get your home back. All I can see is a class action lawsuit against the illegal activities permitted by ALL parties involved. Homeowners need to fight back. What they are doing is illegal in more ways than you can imagine.
