What do you care about Indian Acres? Indian Acres is in MD. You are no where near the Acres or are you lying about living in NE? Acres is still a great place so stop trashing it.

Indian Acres is an okay place it is not as bad as it used to be, I just wish that the security guards were allowed to do more than just tell people they can't do this or that, They have no way to protect them self's from anyone that may try to harm them. They do the best they can, but without any protection they are putting them self's in harms way to protect our property's . People need to also stop fucking with them stealing things from there vehicle's ,

Chris the head of Security is a really nice guy and he would go out of his way to help anyone that is in need of help, people don't like him because he enforces the rules. BOB needs to back his staff but he doesn't because he is afraid of conflict what an asshole bob is.

IA is not a mobile home park it is a campground you can not live there you can only stay for 150 consecutive days per calender year. That is the problem now with Indian acres every one thinks you can live there, you cant WHAT PART OF IT IS A CAMPGROUND DON'T YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THE ZONING LAWS DIFFER.
WHEN MAY 2015 comes around everyone that lives there is getting removed by the CCSO if they refuse to leave, again this is CECIL COUNTY doing it but i feel that they should not have even been giving 5 years to move a lot of them have been living there for 30 years which that falls back on the owner of Indian Acres, he/she is at fault for allowing those people for living there.
No I don't live stay or own any property in Indian Acres but I have visited a few time with some friends, Indian Acres is a beautiful place and could be much more if whom ever the owner is cleans the place up a lot more I see he is starting to do so and that is good. As for the comment on enforcing the rules well from what I was told and from what I have seen the Security is only allowed to write reports and jut tell people that they cannot do something they are really only there to try and make people not do bad things but it doesn't work to well most of all the Security staff are really nice people, I have seen them interact with people and they do a good job at talking to people and they do there best for the most part, some of them on the other hand just need not to work security.
I will not say any names because I don't want anyone fired but I will say that I have not seen this certain Security officer in a few weeks the Security office that is working Friday -Sunday really late at night like at 4 5 am looks like is taking over from the other guy I don't care for..

I don't know why Security checks bathroom's either but I think that the time spent doing so could be spent doing other things. I also think that it's uncalled for and it NEEDS TO STOP.

On to the next topic, The 10 Year plan after ten years all full time occupant's are not allowed to live in Indian Acres but are allowed there 150 day's.

Also stated in the plan and agreement it clearly states PERMANENT NOTICE AGAINST FULL-TIME OCCUPANCY WILL BE CLEARLY POSTED AT THE ENTRANCE OF INDIAN ACRES COMMUNITY FULLY VISIBLE TO ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE COMMUNITY. SUCH NOTICE WILL BE MAINTAINED NOW ANS IN THE FUTURE BY WSC CORPORATION.

That rule is not being followed in any way shape of form there is no such sign when you enter.

If you have signed the 5 year plan agreement there is not way around getting out of it unless you sell your fun-stead and then re buy it back.

Now for those who did not sign up for the 5 year plan and are living full-time look at your deed and all the paper work you had to sign when buying property and your home make sure there isn't anything that says that you can only stay for 150 consecutive days.

This is a case of money greed over the welfare of citizens. The government and owners could allow full time residence, if school taxes were paid. It always goes towards money, simply follow the money!

Saw him about an hour ago and he was just doing his job. Either you saw him drinking soda or maybe you were doing drugs.
