what's up acres trash? same old shit different day... any body get killed or die in the acres lately? anymore break-ins during the day on weekends? still walking into your local bathhouse sunday morning and finding shit on the walls and on the floors... also don't forget to support your local drug dealer near your campsite. oh I almost forgot to mention all the lazy mf who never take care of their campsites with weeds,vines,junk and trash building up... What do you care about Indian Acres? Indian Acres is in MD. You are no where near the Acres or are you lying about living in NE? Acres is still a great place so stop trashing it.

Indian Acres is an okay place it is not as bad as it used to be, I just wish that the security guards were allowed to do more than just tell people they can't do this or that, They have no way to protect them self's from anyone that may try to harm them. They do the best they can, but without any protection they are putting them self's in harms way to protect our property's . People need to also stop fucking with them stealing things from there vehicle's ,

Chris the head of Security is a really nice guy and he would go out of his way to help anyone that is in need of help, people don't like him because he enforces the rules. BOB needs to back his staff but he doesn't because he is afraid of conflict what an asshole bob is.

I don't know why Security checks bathroom's either but I think that the time spent doing so could be spent doing other things. I also think that it's uncalled for and it NEEDS TO STOP.

On to the next topic, The 10 Year plan after ten years all full time occupant's are not allowed to live in Indian Acres but are allowed there 150 day's.

Also stated in the plan and agreement it clearly states PERMANENT NOTICE AGAINST FULL-TIME OCCUPANCY WILL BE CLEARLY POSTED AT THE ENTRANCE OF INDIAN ACRES COMMUNITY FULLY VISIBLE TO ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE COMMUNITY. SUCH NOTICE WILL BE MAINTAINED NOW ANS IN THE FUTURE BY WSC CORPORATION.

That rule is not being followed in any way shape of form there is no such sign when you enter.

If you have signed the 5 year plan agreement there is not way around getting out of it unless you sell your fun-stead and then re buy it back.

Now for those who did not sign up for the 5 year plan and are living full-time look at your deed and all the paper work you had to sign when buying property and your home make sure there isn't anything that says that you can only stay for 150 consecutive days.

Why is it that last week I saw the head of security sleeping in the work vehicle???? So he is getting paid to sleep?? This is bullshit something need done about it I do understand it was 3 or 4 am but still if you are tired get out walk around or something I am in glen 1 so who ever reads this knows

This is a case of money greed over the welfare of citizens. The government and owners could allow full time residence, if school taxes were paid. It always goes towards money, simply follow the money!

Not all are dirt balls, living with 4 kids in an RV that has no running water,get rid of them! some of us have very nice properties, SET The rule......no one under 18 permitted to reside in the park!
