Heard they got kicked out today and they had to close up shop for good? Any truth to this?

Having no experience in the food business I am convinced that I know more about opening an establishment than the folks at Slicers. The obvious problems in no particular order that provide thde basis for what will be a quick demise:
1) High rent location
2) next door to a national chain that sells thousands of pizzas
3) over priced

Look, I'm no genius but if you are paying the for a high rent location located right next to a Papa John's you cannot reasonably expect to be successful. Ultimately I feel sad for the folks at Slicer's as they are lilkely in debt and will end up in a tight spot. Folks seem to think that they can simplly open a business and customers will magically appear.... sad sad sad
