I think you should really re-consider Salon 151, if it is just because of a few stylist turnovers. There is so much competition anymore, and these people do all they can to develop a client base. One of the "new girls" Liz, is a Master stylist with a ton of experience and a very fun personality to go with! Not "fresh off the wagon at all". She came from a very posh salon in Lexington, and really knows what she's doing, always has done a spectacular job on my hair. I've also heard while she's trying to get a client book, she will give you good deals, for referrals. Salon 151 is definitely not the place this thread says it is, maybe just an ex-employee who is frustrated and trying to cause issues?

I don't know about this Salon 151, but I go to Studio 6. There is a lot of experience there. No "fresh of the wagon" LOL! But if I was looking for a new place this don't sound like it to me...blaiming your problems on a ex-employee...REAL MATURE! Ha!

@Faithful. The "ex-employee" statement was directed at this entire string of posts and people talking so negatively about a staff that is now filling empty spots. Simply saying its easy to bash an old employer or business, when you can do so on posts such as Topix. I don't know anything about Salon 151, Studio 6, or any of these places really, don't work there nor do I affiliate with their employees on a daily basis. But I DO know not ALL of the new employees are "fresh off wagon". You will find new employees anywhere, and just because they are trying to earn a living (even if by filling others spots), doesn't make the entire Salon a bad place at all. "Real Mature". Its like the damn movie "Mean Girls", seriously?!?? Get over yourselves, because a new haircut (good or bad) won't ever change an ugly attitude!!!

Ha, that is so funny Let"s go down by the bingo hall next to the vet and git our haaar did really? I went to Sutra and I have been to many other places in Georgetown. I was surprised that not every one in the salon spoke like a trailer trash hillbilly from the holler. So refreshing not to hear y'all or hun every other word. I was also happy to see that not every one dressed like a cheap hooker, I have seen lots of skin and tattoos! It was refreshing to have an intelligent conversation with my stylist (for once). Keep talking trash ladies, as long as you find your stylist next door to the bingo hall and the vet, you will always have something to talk about!
