Von Fields, its a shame that he never got to play. If he did this question would have an obvious answer.

How ever Bud Mackey was probably the best that really played...too bad he is a waste of life.

Why focus oin the negative some people have everything going for them and mess it up. So how bout the ones that don't remember Ukari Figgs.

Why ask me why I focus on the neg.? How about asking why a dumb kid would throw away a bright future?

Von didn't get to play b/c of a broken leg. He should have stayed his ass off the football field.

Bud...well we all know his story.

I remember figgs well, we had the same senior English class. She was good at every level. However the question was who was the best...and it wasn't her, and it isn't only because girls basketball is weak.

But Figgs is the only player from Scott County to make the pros. Not only that she won a state championship, Division 1 National Championship, and an WNBA Championship.

Out of all the "studs" that have played here she is the only one to captain a D1 national championship and make it professionally in her sport where the team won a championship. The last boy that made to any D1 team of any caliber was an epic failure. You don't want to admit it but she could probably spank the vast majority of the boys who made it to college ball out of Scott County. Oh, where are all the NBA stars?

So you are basically denying written record? She was the first female to win state, national, and professional championships. Name one male from Scott Co. that has played professionally. Name one that has won championships at all three levels. That is right, you can't name one dumbass.

frank persley was by far the all around best athlete to ever play for Scott County. His best sport might have been football. Too bad the B-Ball coach at the time would not let him play football.

shut the hell up dumbass. she didnt win shit, her teams of FIVE won those titles. and again, it was womens basketball!!!! if you want to say she was the best woman, then great. but she is not in the top 1000 of best scott co athletes! is she a better athlete than lebron james?? you know he has never won any championships??? now do you understand how ignorant you really are??
