Well, It all depends on the type of location you're wanting like for instance..Very quiet neighborhoods like : Richfields,Mansion Estates,Violets Trace, and harmony ridge. I personally Think the ones I just listed for you would be great to relocate in everyone is friendly, no violence, all around nice people,Never seen any kind of crimes committed around here for over 3 years. But hey;we all got our tastes in what kind of neighborhoods we like if you know what I mean lol.

Meadows is nasty. Section 8. Drug dealers every other house. Always drama! Trying renting around the colony. Meadows use to be nice. What a waste.

Decent neighborhoods (mostly): Bradford, Indian Acres/Hills, Canewood, DeSha, Cherry Blossom. Yes they are all pretty expen$ive, but there's not as much trashy stuff going on there. maybe b/c the people have made different choices in life.

There are some nice homes for sale in Ironworks Estates in the county near Midway. A great neighborhood but the homes are not cheap
Mansion Estates

For 130k - 200k Mansion Estates is by far you best choice. This Neighborhood got a false bad reputation years ago by a couple people who rented their house and left shortly after. Now it's by far the friendliest and cleanest place to live in that price range. There is an active HOA that helps to maintain the common areas and enforce regulations.

for Boston. Can't beat the HOA there either. They have monthly entertainment. Elkhorn Meadows is a nice place to hang your hat either.

We are new to Gtown, we looked at almost every subdivison and found The Stables. We are here and it has to be one of the best areas we have ever lived in.
Houses are from 225,000 to 400,000 and worth it. Big plus is the schools.
