PLEASE Do not go. Yes you will look nice and tan but your skin will pay for it in the years to come. I know it sucks but choose to do a spray on tan and save your life.

STC is by no means cheap, but it seems to be a more 'upscale' type salon. AND, they do have reasonable Versa Spa AKA Sunless tanning beds. There spray tan is really good. Usually lasts on me about 3-5 days. I have their unlimited package from years ago, but it includes unlimitied UV beds OR sunless beds. I usually go spray tan 2-3 times a week.

Please if you are less than 21 PLEASE think twice about using ANY tanning beds. Some skin cancer's are caused by multiple excessive sun exposures before the age of 21 and some are caused by continual exposure. Tanning beds VS Natural sun cause different cancers.

suntan city is the CHEAPEST in town and the best....really. you can get unlimited tanning for as low as 18.88 a month and tanning bare will give you 10 visits to the same bed, with older bulbs for 40.00. it is not cheaper at stc to pay by the visit, i will give u that, but becoming a member is way way cheaper and they dont have the 6 month contract anymore

I used Tropic Tans last year and was really satisfied. They put out coupons this year in the Family Savings magazine you get in the mail! Will definitely be going back!

you are all stupid. tanning salons are cancer factories. but I guess if you plan on being young forever that will never happen to you. Yes, you look good with a little color (Little being the operative word, most of you look ridiculous) but if you can't look and feel good anyway, then learn to accept what is. If you want a quality mate, that superficial stuff isn't the #1 priority. Save money, save your life, and save your dignity. don't do it. And to those over 30: seriously, time to grow up.

They are not closed its wonderful there. I go every other day, you can get pedicure, manicure, hair cut, colored whatever. Its a one stop shop for pampering yourself. Sun Tan City is ok but I always felt like I was driving to Cincinnati. Go see Laird at TROPIC TAN

You have to realize that most of these people wanting to tan are young kids under 21 that don't have a clue about the effects of tanning and exposure to the sun. They live for today and don't think about tomorrow like much of the U.S.... All they want to do is look pretty for spring break. When they get older they will look like a dried up raisen with lots of wrinkles and sunspots. Then they will tell their children the same thing you are trying to tell them now.

I am 25 and tan MAYBE 1.5 months/year. I definitely have a clue about the effects of tanning and sun exposure. I agree that many people tan religiously and look like an aged piece of leather and that is certainly unhealthy! However, I don't like the stereotype placed on everyone who tans as being incompetent, young and dumb, clueless, and only living for today. There are several worse things we could be doing such as drugs, smoking, drinking, and even getting "routine" vaccinations. I am sure everyone throwing all these judgments are not living the perfect life by no means! To each his own! Not agreeing with someone's choice is definitely a right anyone has. But once again, no need for the harsh judgments on people you know nothing about!
