We do not need a new development or a shopping center. The roads will not bear the traffic. It will be gridlock on the only two exits from Lewes to Rt 1.Taxes will go up to pay for new roads and more police...the more people the more trouble. This used to be a crime free area....not anymore. The houses that have been built have not been sold...the last thing we need in Lewes is more empty houses.
