Too bad Ridgefield is trying to flush out working families. Innocent, solid citizens are being victimized and are the objects of gangstalking, harassment, 24 hour surveillance. Read below...yes, these tactics are being used in our quaint, quiet town!!!!
The goals of Predatory Gang Stalking of an individual are numerous. Predatory Gang Stalking is intended to deprive someone of their freedoms and rights. It destroys a person’s privacy and control of their own environments. It is intended to create distress, disrupt all relationships, deplete a person’s resources, destroy one’s physical and mental health, and inflict great overall long term suffering. They interfere with a target’s sleep thereby producing chronic sleep deprivation, as a strategic tactic. They employ a variety of interactions with the targeted individual which are likely to produce accidents and various forms of illness. One of the main weapons they use for their own protection and enable their success in gang stalking is to manipulate the target’s life in such a way as to cause them to lose credibility with others. This is usually the first objective reached. After that, gang stalking the target involves only minor risk. Predatory Gang Stalking is very serious business!
Predatory Gang Stalking is, at least, psychological violence, and at most, it is a protracted sadistic socio-pathic domination and calculated destruction of an innocent human being for reasons of pleasure, power and social control by a group of [State Sponsored] predatory strangers.
Goals and Tacitcs of Predatory Gang Stalking
Predatory Gang Stalking will begin an intensive discrediting campaign against a selected target long before the target could ever suspect that he or she has an enemy. This critical tactic sets the stage for neighbors and associates to become alienated from the target. One of the Predatory Gang Stalkers’ goal is to eliminate all forms of support and assistance for the target.[this includes corrupting family and friends through the clever lies so that they will act against the targets] Towards this objective, the police are given anonymous ‘concerned citiczens’ tips designed to lead the police to believe the target is mentally unstable or a problem in the community in advance of any actual direct gang stalking [psychological harassment] of the targeted individual. This sets the stage for having the targeted individual prejudged so they will be disbelieved and dismissed when the gang stalking begins and they seek help. The discrediting campaign includes accusing the target of being an ”undesirable” for any number of reasons, including fabricated reports of haing committed crimes that are the most repulsive to members of society. Practicioners of Preditory Gang Stalking even go so far as to represent themselves as undercover law enforcement or government agents. It has been reported that they will even show false documents for substantiation, but they will never leave [any such information] behind.

I know what you are talking about. My dear friend can't even live in her own house. She can't go about her business, go grocery shopping, visit friends, etc. She is under 24 hour surveillance. What motivates these sick people to target someone? We think that there is some corruption and hush money to allow this to go on.

The Stalking Organization depends upon the perceived low criminal value associated with each cumulative act, while the total accumulation annihilates the target. This is a little akin to a hundred people walking by your table, each of them depositing a non lethal dose of arsenic into your drink. After you die, each of them will disclaim any responsibility for your murder.
On the other hand, the person who hired them could easily be prosecuted, with the substantive proof of the monetary transaction.
My experiences tell me that the Stalking Organization (hereafter known as the S.O.) is an effective tool for the rich and elite to destroy those whom they deem "problematic". The S.O. was created wholly to service wealthy and government clients, and to do it for profit. The S.O. was created by criminals for the facilitation of plunder, but there likely exists a government connection, borne of common interest and convenience.
In order to facilitate the active participation of many citizens, which is absolutely a prerequisite for the observed style of gang stalking, each potential citizen enlistee must be seduced with something that they believe is not connected with participation in major crime. An unfortunate possibility is that the seduction comes in the form of Community Watch, Citizens Corp, and others. The S.O. likely does not own all of the activities of government sponsored community groups (Only the ones who stalk you).
I believe that the S.O. may have utilized citizen groups to garner the brute force of a large personnel base and it's attendant organizational structure. The structure must be the most important part of the plan, and the unholy warlords of psycho-crime could not operate without it. The money that they would extract from the government would help to pay "foot soldier" salaries and would be a bonus. While the real money profits pour in from the clients, the organization may run it's "assassination factory" for free by tapping into government funds that have been diverted to criminal activities.
Believable? Just how easy is it to acquire monies to fund citizen groups? Let us look at some examples:
COPS and Weed/Seed - Community Oriented Policing Services
When I began looking into the COPS program, I was amazed at how obviously susceptible to graft and corruption it is. In the nutshell, any company or organization, "for profit" or "not for profit", can apply for a grant (or multiple grants) to "Combat Crime in our Neighborhoods". A simple form, downloadable from the DOJ, provides a means by which any such organization may submit a "proposal", including a trivial amount of detail, for "Combating Crime" in our neighborhoods.
The COPS guidelines are simple.
* 1 - Each grant request must be limited to $500,000, but multiple grants are possible.
* 2 - The funds may be used for salaries, office materials, and technological "tools" (Technology requests require a separate form)
The Weed/Seed guidelines are equally simple:
* 1 - Organization must put up 25% of the total grant requested, and can request up to $1,000,000 annually.
* 2 - Grant disbursements must be based upon the direction of a "steering committee", which must include at least one member of law enforcement.
* The steering committees are generally populated by citizens who are also members of the Neighborhood Association(s) or Area(s) for which the grant(s) are being requested. These people may spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on "Crime" projects, and (at their discretion) use it to pay foot soldiers (Foot patrol personnel, etc).
The DOJ's liberal grants of money to civilian organizations effectively debunks the major myth that pervades the public about "Community Watch" programs: that the groups are necessarily "volunteer" organizations. It is a fact that a government structure exist to pay these people to walk the streets."

Hi I need some legal advice about community stalking. I have been shadow stalked for the last 5years. These community organizations carry the intention of their religious organizations. I am consistently being shadow stalked by pregnant women, women with new born babies, women and men with baby strollers, cigarette smokers, religious extremists wearing large metallic religious symbols, people wearing religious costumes, any time I go for an interview, the interviewer waves their wedding ring at me consistently to make me realize that she is doing it on purpose, dog walkers will shadow stalk me. My questions now are, is it legal to turn someone down from a job because the person is single and has no kids and chooses not to have kids? Is it legal to turn someone down from work if the person does not associate with a particular religion? Is it legal to turn someone down from work if the individual does not want to wear or associate with religious costumes? Is it legal to turn someone down if a person does not smoke cigarettes? Is it legal to turn someone down from work if a person does not belong to an adult gang or social group? Finally is there a community or social group that accepts single unmarried people without kids, and persons without extreme religious habits, to exist, work and serve in that community without giving or donating abuse?

We are also seeking legal advice, but it is difficult because people have connections. Local attorneys are afraid to be run out of town if they support us; out-of-town attorneys are just too far away.

Hi all, I too am a targeted individual of this crap. For me, it started about 4 years ago. It can wax and wane for a while and then all of a sudden increase greatly in intensity for a long period of time. I am currently in the middle of a very bad period of gangstalking.
I do not know why I have been targeted for this other than the fact that I am a loner, who is peaceable, minds my own business, and never bothers anyone. It is known that they will go after loners just for the sport of it or for practice. They are attempting to ruin my life with vicious rumor campaigns and getting people to generally hate my guts. I get looks of extreme hostility from complete strangers all of the time, and after having a very good social situation at my work for a while, things have turned completely and utterly sour.
I believe that this is ultimately the work of the devil himself. I have heard it said that the devil's methods are very subtle. This is indeed such a subtle thing as seen through the uninitiated person's mind that the chance of capturing someone or a group in the act is damn near impossible, and they know it.
As a sufferer of this problem, I know that unless God intervenes, it will not end until I either (A) die or (B) manage to survive until the return of Jesus my lord and savior.

I live in Fort Collins and I had the same thing happen to me for a long time. And it continues. I recommend you research gaslighting as well, and ask your friend if she's experienced anyone suggesting she is paranoid, has a "wild imagination" or has been discredited among friends and family. Someone wants to hurt her or control her. I feel for your friend.

I have been a prime target for almost 2 years now. I was stalked across 2 state lines and am now undergoing constant 24/7 attacks in the form of: radio speakers planted at specific locations which enable the stalkers to harass me without leaving their home. Most recently a form of mind control has been implemented. Has anyone else experienced something like this? It is as if they (gang stalkers) can read my thoughts - they then interject all kinds of distractive comments to provoke argument and discreditation.

umm... seems like you all need to seek the help of an anti-shadow stalking consultant.. they do exist!!! and they can provide a means to fend off these terrible stalkers who haunt you... the consultant i speak of is called a psychologist/psychiatrist and the means to fend off the stalkers is extensive therapy combined with medications!

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) & other behavior modification tools are used as weapons during public harassment. These attacks are combined with military-grade, silent, through-the-wall Directed Energy Weapons (DEW), & advanced electronic surveillance equipment. Many targets are attacked night & day with these weapons.

I have found that this program is a symptom of a heavily corrupted society under psychopathic rule. The program, in its basic form, is part of a re-occurring historical theme, which includes psychopaths gaining control of governments, & using a percentage of the population to destroy their enemies. This is done to pave the way for an overt dictatorship, & is always done under the banner of righteousness. In its current form, it is part of a political movement known as the New World Order. The mainstream news, congress, parliament, & politicians will openly deny that this exists. I notice this as well. I think the idea is to try to subliminally influence the loners to pair up, and produce.

This way when you are in a relationship it's easier to watch you, and if you don't comply they can destroy your relationship, or threaten to take your children, or take your children.

Ever notice who get's the raises and promotions at these jobs. I always notice that the just married, or engaged, or in stable relationships. It's like a cult.(It's the same with churches as well.)

It's like that movie they live, they seem to secretly want people reproducing, and joining up just long enough so that they can trap you and then tear apart your relationships. Fun stuff.

Legally you are not suppose to be be able to not hire someone for being single, but when has legalities ever stopped these people? It's a big cult of control and conformity. The other monkies, keep the new monkies in line.

That is it, you are a loner, no one to watch and spy on you. They want someone to get in your life who can spy and monitor you 24/7. It's really gross. They would be just delighted if you got into a relationship with one of their community spies/Snitches cause then they could watch you and get info on you. Cause if you are not being watched, God knows what you could be up to.

I also was the midding my own business type and that seems to be a part of the problem. Single people are still precieved to be a threat in some way to this system. No connections we are not as volunerable as someone with children, or in a long term relationship, also no one to spy on us, up close.

We were discriminated against when we tried to join a local Neighborhood Watch program. When the volunteer came into our home and saw our Buddha statue he started acting very bizzare. Several weeks later we went to a concerned neighborhood meeting at the police station and one officer praised the person that came into our home by saying, "he has done a lot of good work for us". I'll bet he has.

My son and I were gangstalked after my father died in 2005. We were followed all the way to Wyoming by a car with a Wilton plate with a soccer ball on it. The initiator of the stalking by proxy was (allegedly)the darien attorney. We went through absolute hell. Chased across the country like dogs, numerous attempts to run us off the road, etc. If anyone knows of any good resources in CT or a BRAVE legal malpractice attorney, please let me know! thank you

I have filed grievances as we were "stalked by proxy"- the initiator being a well- known attorney in the area who has all the connections and wanted us "gone"---you know what I mean. I think he put some of his own money into the bogus corrupt "sale" of my late parents' home and wanted his money back. If we had a "car accident", "severe illness" or some other action leading to our demise---there would be no links to him and he could close oour account and keep the money.(He already had that one set up who tried it while we were still in the area and receiving "estate" checks. The manager first withdrew $700 from our account and then quickly placed it back in.) The Bank of America branch here was involved. For example they refused to wire money to PA for my son to buy a car but then specified a date he should go and " all would be well"....well, the second time he went down, while he filled out paperwork a group of goons fawned over his car.....only later did we find the GPS monitor which had been taped above the rear wheel well......All groups acted in collusion with each other.....but the initiator was the attorney, who I personally believe scared off another attorney we hired for help....very scary and very stressful...
