I just can't believe, that WE ALL let this happen, we are slowly getting our rights taken away from us. The Government has ALLOWED the cig. company to flourish and continue to allow them to make money. Are they really??? that deadly???
and if they are more deadly than the hole in the ozone layer then why would the Government allow these companies to flourish? Why are the smokers being punished for doing something our Government approves of???? How come smokers are not receiving a free kit from our government or those companies to quit smoking?? blah blah blah
It's just like seat belts. making it a requirement. We don't even have the right to fall out of our cars. WHO PASSES ALL THIS CRAP. WHO VOTES FOR THESE CHANGES?? DID YOU? I THINK NOT!

The bans are about control by a big 'org' for all that you intake into your body. In 2009 the OFFICIAL alcohol ban will be announced. There's more in the works and it will all tie to medical insurance with cash as no option for health care. BEWARE!

To take it further, do a web search for population control.

Expose the lies, the deceits and the bonus checks behind the no-smoke laws! The no-smoke laws are just the beginning of massive control of 'we the people'.

Lets all fight for the right to infect everyone's air quality with a cancer stick! I am glad casino's are non smoking now, along with bars. A person can go out and not get emphasyma from the chain smoker next to them, oh and I can actually wear my jacket the next day because it doesn't small like an ash tray! Why do people think smokers have more rights than non-smokers? I don't feel people who drive sedans have more rights than suv drivers, or people who buy whole milk have more rights than those who purchase 2% milk, yet the smokers are all up in arms because "my rights are being violated" Last time I checked, the right to smoke where ever one wants is NOT included in the Bill of Rights.

So your argument is based on the fact that you believe non-smokers have more rights than smokers? Because thats what this ban does. It takes away one person's freedoms to appease anothers. Dear Dear Secondhand smoker: Looks like a lesson in good old english comprehension is in order. Why do people think non-smokers have more rights than smokers? That statment goes both ways. If I would have said it that way, just reversing two simple words, would your big, runny nose still have gotten so twisted out of joint? Delaware's 3 Casinos went 100% Smoke Free a few years ago and business is BOOMING. Instead of keeping your fingers crossed could you HOLD YOUR BREATH instead....
