The fault is on ATV-ers, here is why; if they would respect forest as a park, people in the forest to enjoy peace and quiet, if they stop acting like they are the only one who counts in the forest and strictly stay on designated and marked roads and out of the hunting season where in forest they shoul be allowed to enter on foot, maybe there is a "common ground" in order to let them back in the woods. Just maybe!

Off roader are some of the absolute worst forrest users. When there is an organized event they usually have a clean up crew to pick up after it's over because these bozos where never taught to clean up after themselves. The blaze new trails through the forrest they winch boulders around the rubicon to make it more challenging. They almost always drink while cruising around on public lands. They shouldn't be surprised that someone finally said enough!!!I like to 4 wheel too but I try to do it responsible and now with the closures I can just walk.I'm fine with that.Take your drunken dog and pony show elsewhere. We're not going to miss you.

Well, I'm an ATVer and 4X4 off roader and I hightly respect the forest and live in Sac, but I hate to bust your bubble that you guy's almost got it right. The problem is not the machines ,but the young dumb ass toothless rednecks that drive them and or camp in the forest that ruin it for everyone else. Now you got camping Asian's trashing the area around the Baltic Ridge area and other forest camping area's I was told by a Forest Ranger. I think the Forest Department needs more officers and should patrol more offten when and were possible and site these idiots the first time, the second time take they're equipment. Thanks for reading and don't foreget to tip your waitress on the way out!

Off roaders need to police themselves. If you love this sport then you shouldn't tolerate all the drunken yahoos out there ruining our public lands.People that alter the Rubicon so it suits their extreme rigs, those that blaze new trails, those that ruin the experience for other land users should be turned in to authorities. They are recking it for everybody.

Yes I am a racist. Nothing worse than coming off a trail to a camp of city trash that should have stayed in the city.

It's best if pansy ass pieces of white trash like you stay down in Vacaville.People like you on the trails just gives more ammunition to those who would like to shut off access to the mature trail users. You are garbage.

White trash? Hardly. I am Native. Your IP address says Sacramento. Mature trail users would be people above the age of drunk, stoned, and stupid, which appears to be your deal, Flatlander.

You Flat Landers need to respect out trails.

dude you are confused if you think that the flat landers are the problem.Lots of white trash fools from Placerville and Pollock Pines trash the trails too.The worst are the guys(from Placerville) that routinely go out and modify sections of trail to meet their requirements. Those are the idiots that are going to get us banned all together.Quit blaming the flatland boogieman and police yourself. For your info I live East of Pollock.

Just because I work here, doesn't mean I live here. Try hanging out with a bunch of beer guzzling, fat, doped up people on the trail who are locals to ElDorado, THAT is scary. I can hear the banjos playing....

Now that is funny. Thunder Valley janitorial? Not even close. Keep guessing, that should keep you busy for a while. Hahahah! Why not peel that little ricecracker cockroach off your face and think a little more. Maybe the little voices in your head will help you.
