Then if the place is open, why is there no sign on the place, there is no merchandise inside the building, there is no one working inside, and there are no customers. The place is empty. I can truly say that the business is not there anymore. It maybe somewhere else. But it is not in the Long Lake Business District.

Secondly, I do not know were the Smoke Zone is. If Kelly had put up a sign saying the name of the place, I would have used it.

Third, You are the one that does not know the law. Bongs are illegal. Kelly had them listed as items he was going to sell.

Fourth, Water pipes are not illegal unless someone has smoked grass, crack, etc in them. Do not get bongs and water pipes mixed up. They are not the same thing.

Fifth, I got my information about Kelly being under investigation from the Fox Lake Police Department.

Sixth, Bonnie Carter did what the community asked her to do. That is not abusing power nor is it illegal. The meeting was open to all.
