LOL had this been any of us we'd be charged already instead of it "heading for a grand jury."

Just another way it goes to show ya how the code of silence among all law enforcement everywhere is just as alive and well here in Jackson Co. Just like it is anywhere else. I mean if you've read any of the recent news about this you'll notice his attorney (Keith Miller ex-crooked D.A.) asked that his blood test results be withheld??? Now Maybe I'm wrong but if there was nothing in his blood for him to be worried about then wouldn't he be wanting the results of that to be released to prove he was sober??? This piece of shit will get off without any charges whatsoever..mark my words.. he'll receive a full acquittal!

protecting the blood test results preserves the officer's oppurtunity to return to his profession after trial. If the results were public and he was shown to have "other" items in his blood it could be presumed he operated under the influence while on the job and would likely be removed from the force and unable to find a new job in a similar position.

Yes, but his attorneys said "He wasn't impaired at the time of the accident" (Hence the title of this forum) So they shouldn't be worried if the results are released or not.
