Drug Court is not the program they pretend to be.It is supposed to be a program to help individuals rehabilitate thierself off of drugs an make a better life for them an their family, but instead they take your life over to where you dont even have time for your kids more less a job or any tpye of education. Also,it seems like they would check into accusations that other individuals insinuate about people before just locking them up an forgetting about them or trying to help them.If anyone else has an opinion about this program please send them in for the people who are really trying an cannot get a break.

You must understand that once you are convicted of a crime and are at the mercy of a court, it will be harder and the proof of positive effort will be incumbent upon YOU. I am farmiliar with the program and I do know that it has its flaws like any other judicial proceeding. However, it is impossible for you to be put in a situation that you did not create. The best advice is this: 1. You arent going to change the system. 2. It is YOUR responsibility to meet the requirements of a program that you agreed to in order to keep yourself from jail and it wont be easy. 3. If you grin and bear it until it is done, you will not be in a situation where others are in control of your life. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU MAKE YOUR OWN BREAKS!!!!!
