I was just wondering if anyone has dealt or is dealing with U DRIVE USED CARS in Sevierville, Tn and how you feeling about thier method of orperation.. I had a bad experience with them and just wanted to know if thier or others like me. Seams to me they are running a shady Bait and Switch scam. I spent 4 hours trying to get aproved for what i made very clear to the saleman the only car i was intrested in..for 4 hours i had to chance him down to get updates only to be assured i had no problems after the 4 hours he said well you didnt get approved for the auto you wanted but i have 4 others that you quilified for...i made it perfectly clear to him in the begining that i only was intrested in one and i didi want to waste my nor his time. the salesman Name was Mike. I left and with in less than 45 min i bought the very auto i was looking for less than 2 miles down the road. all in all i ended up with the auto i wanted from what seams to be a honest used car dealer. would like to here that it was just a bad experience that i had and that U drive is not the scam artist i feel they are

Well at least you guys didn't have the pleasure of test driving one of their lemons they have there. My wife and I test drove one and it stalled 3 times before blowing a hole in the radiator when we pulled back in, then that sack of shit Mike asked what WE did to his car!!! Unbelievable...he then tried to talk us into a "nice" Toyota,( it was a Pontiac ) I went inside and demanded All of our paperwork back. I wouldn't take a car from them if they offered one. These people are CROOKS!! Not to mention they say credit dosesnt matter, I guess what's why we got a letter from a credit agaency later that week, where they applied for a credit check!! Be warned!!"

In july of last year I bought a ford fusion (from mike), 2 days after I bought it the front end locked up when I put it in reverse. The owner at that time shaun came and got the car assuring me they would fix it, leaving me with a 2011 fusion. 3 weeks pass, after me bugging them tremendously about information on my vehicle, they call to tell me they sold the car I was driving sight unseen and they were coming to get it, (no mention of my car) they came to my office, got the car and left an impala. This charade went on for months, of we think it may be fixed, the ford place doesn't know what's wrong, the mechanics out of town. Just a never ending barrage of nonsense. After nearly 5 months of going back and forth, driving there to get a car that was not fixed, the owner ben gave me $20 for my inconvenenience and told me to talk to eric. Eric does not return phone calls, acts like you continually inconvenience him and he is far too busy to deal with you. I finally got another car in march of this year because the fusion was unfixable as they stated. The car they gave me had a thermostat issue so he gave me a warranty, that you have to pay fr before they look at anything. At the time of this mess they were not member of the BBB, they now are. All I can say is stay away from these people, they are crooks, liars, and cheats. The owners are awful, shaun is no longer there, eric is thew face and ben just wanders around. I wish I would have never stepped foot on their lot. I tell everyone I meet how horrible they are.

Hahahaha, an honest car salesman, that's great.

If you find an honest one, you better keep the number handy because they are rare, especially around here!

UDrive is a bait and switch scam, it's evident even on the old radio commercials they had.
Any 3rd rate dealer is selling rigged junk, this is how they make money.
Any BHPH car dealer LOVES when someone can't pay for their car because they keep the down payment, which is usually what they have in the car plus, and they get to repossess the car and the system starts all over again. Those who make their payments end up paying 10 times what they have in the car. All these places are a scam!

The down payment is usually at least a 100% mark up of what they gave for the car.
Most are problem cars that were sent to auctions, for example, cars that were in a flood.

Anyone can be financed, that's because they are going to win if you pay the payments or not!

Udrive is a scam business. They put band aids on cars they buy for cheap and give you a warranty that will never cover what they know is wrong. I bought a car that needs more $$ spent on it to fix it than the car is worth and I haven't made the 4th payment. Now I am stuck. The mechanic said it had the problem when I bought it it was just covered up.

This place is one of the biggest scam car lots on ever been to In My Life they sold us a vehicle that they swore up and down was trustworthy to drive back and ford across the state for the reasons we bought it.. Well not even 12 hours later we had to have the air compressor fixed which they paid for that but it also has a bad heater core had a bad blower motor and now it's got a cracked head that we told it was overheating in the first place but the mechanic they use swore up and down all it needed was some seafoam ran through it to clean oxygen sensors and stuff so anyways send a friend down with the same kind of vehicle to see what kind of payments it would cost to get it fixed it was half the price of the repairs he was going to charge me and then say that the car lot will pay the other half this place is a scam and then when you go in there they act like what car what which one did you buy people buy from this place you all are crazy like my self for trusting them. If you are going to buy from them please please take it to a mechanic that you know or a dealership and have them look over first don't go to the ones that they send you to because it's all a big scam all into one.

And to the car lot MY TWO MIDDLE FINGERS UP AT YOU...
