Do they have good service & prices. Are they rude or nice?

Dont know about all of them but I LOVE Miss Holly..As For The Docs...Dr. English Is Wonderful..

All the staff i have ever encountered are rude. They act like you are bothering them if you call and ask them a question, and they never greet you when you come in the door. If they treat me like a piece of crap, then I can just imagine how they treat my pet after I leave. I would start going back there if the staff was better because I really do like Dr. English and I think he does a good job.

I agree the staff are not very friendly. Also, I have had to take my very sick dog to another vet at night because they do not answer after hours calls. Not a great characteristic for a vet office. I suggest Dyersburg Animal Hospital. They are very nice and concerned about the well being of your animal.

Dr. English is a good doctor but the other doctor isnt worth s***. My family lost our dog of 6 years Oct 30th because of an enlarged kidney. We took her there that Monday and he told us she was doing good improving everyday.On Friday my husband went there to see her, and she couldnt even lift her head up and looked VERY bad. My husband then showed his a**. Then Dr. English came in and looked at her and said he could do surgery. He done surgery but it was to late she didnt make it. If something would have been done on Monday when she was first brought in we may still have our pet.

Tracy and Holly are cool. They are not mean at all, not to me anyway. That other chick that works part trime is cool too, and easy on trhe eyes.

Well, WOW
Just to inform you, that not everyone at ACH is rude. I have been volunteering, and working there since 97. I know how the animals are treated! I have worked with the pets, and they get alot of love and care. I'm not saying that someone up front wasn't rude at some point, but I do know the caretakers of the pets are loving and compassionate:) I do not condone anyone to be rude, but from my experience in working up front, the most rude people in the world is some of the pets owners,(not all of them). In the back we make soft beds, take them out to walk, and sometimes baby them. Mrs. Ann,(the older lady in the back) is also wonderful with them. I am the girl with the curly brown hair. You must not know me, because if you did, obviously, you wouldn't have posted this. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with one small part of the staff:(

Dr engLish is best vet ever but other guy is a smart ass and dnt kno shit. I heard that he came there and has either changed or tried to change everything. Is. That what u call a carpet bagger?? I knO lots of people who won't go bak. Including me. Get rid of that smart ass bastard

whoever wrote this is lieing because if you did then you would know that we are all assigned to specific areas of the clinic and tracy and i are both up front, rarely coming in direct contact with the animals, but when we did we NEVER mistreated or would never mistreat someones animal. tracy and i have both saved many dogs that were going to be put to sleep and on 2 seperate occasions drove two dogs to nashville to rescue facilaties one of which was hit by a car and had to have an amputation and the owner wanted it to be euthanized but tracy and i paid for the amputation and drove her to nashville to be adopted. call ruth wright at her shop she will tell you about her dog molly who also was hit and was going to be put to sleep because she also needed an amputation but again tracy and i saved her and adopted her out to ruth. there is currently a dog at the clinic that was brought in by someone that they wanted put to sleep due to a skin condition and of course tracy would not have that, and that dog is at the clinic wright now. now as far as someone thinking we are rude we are extremly apologetic because that is never our intention and in the future if that is the case please feel free to contact and disguse the issuse

Thanks for defending the girls!I have been doing business with Animal Care Hospital, since the place opened! I currently see either Doctor, and have NO complaint. One day, when i was about to check out, a woman in front of me went crazy because she could not charge anymore! There is a new no charge policy, BIG deal! How many other companies in this day have canceled their charge policy? I know ours has alot of bad acct's because of it, so we canceled ours too! He cursed at her, and i dont think that was right. People should not get mad at the workers, for doing what their told. Workers don't make the rules, they enforce them to keep their job! I know because i'm a supervisor. God Bless all the kind people who have been so good to me and my pets, that love yall like crazy for all your hard work :) I know all of you, and no matter how busy you are, I appreciate what ur doing. I know U have a tuff job, THANKS!

They are wonderful.Some of the prices has went up, but thats everywhere! I dont mind, my pets are worth it to me. I love all of the employees! If they hire someone new,I don't even worry about it, because im confident that Dr.English would never hire someone who didn't treat the pets as if they were their own:) They are so good to our pets April, and Felix! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies:)

I dont know or care who works there or what they look like! But I will say this! My cat was poisned by bad flea medicine and I took it there, and someone there cooked it! Oh ya, they cooked it! Like the other woman said, I came in everyday to check on it, and everyday it seemed to be getting better. Even though they were doing nothing for it! I finally asked them to give it fluids through an IV. The next day she seemed even better. But that night someone wrapped her in a heating pad and forgot about it. The next morning when I went it, it was cooked! And after all that, I still had to pay them! No remorse, just attitude from them! Will never use them again! Just call for yourself 1you will see, just ask if they can get your pet in
