Does anyone else think Pal's is getting a little to much salt on their salt burgers.

I WOULDNT know because I dont eat there anymore. The prices are way to high for some slop handed out the window. MR.P!!! needs to stop selling his food preperation seminars for 800.00 bucks a pop and stop trying to teach dumba$$es to work on autos at the old free servise tire store in kingsport{yea thats right, check into it}and concentrate just a little more on his fast food empire in the region. For starters he might want to drop the price on the slop he calls food nowadays. When someone can drive a few more miles and get all the GOOD food they want to eat for one low price {like most buffets} and not pay much if any more $ for it than the stuff handed out the window, theres something wrong. And quit getting that goat meat or what ever it is in those nasty burgers and start getting real hamburger meat for the burgers. NASTY. LOOK MR P. IF IT DONT TASTE GOOD AND IT COST TWICE AS MUCH AS THE SLOP NEXT DOOR, WHY THE HE!! DO YOU THINK PEOPLE WILL KEEP COMING BACK? I know lots of people that says just what iv said here and if you dont change some things about your fast food you will continue to lose more and more customers. So the answer to your question is I cant say for sure cause I dont eat it anymore. TATA

That's hilarious considering that the one in Gate City has had a record breaking year and a big sales increase over the past few months. By lots of people do you mean like "3"? The food is just as good as it's always been.

You know what? Im getting sick and tired of you pals employees starting these stupid little chit-chats on here just so you can gang up on someone and verbally kick them in the ba??z, like you have on topix before. I have no idea where or what you base your stastics on but talk is out there about the quality of food verses the price at p!!s. A fast food restaurant having a record breaking year in GC. is like saying that YOU are the most intelligent person YOU know. Its a joke. I guess some people will eat anything as long as a pretty girl fixes it, even sh?t. But you mark my words and see if its so or not. People are getting tired of being raped, little by little, by the high prices and the sorry food. The food isnt as good as it use to be BUB. I can remember eating from one of the same in k-sport 40 years ago. SO DONT TELL ME THAT THE FOOD QUALITY IS THE SAME AS ITS ALWAYS BEEN BECAUSE I KNOW BETTER. Bullsh?t. The economey is bad, times are hard and people realize that everyone is cutting corners as much as they can just to stay afloat. But using a hamburger meat that has the texture of mixed sh?t and sawdust and is made from lord only knows what isnt a good corner to cut. NETHER is charging about 450 for a large shake. If you want to cut some corners start by getting rid of 1/2 those 25 or so pretty girls inside that little ole building with the giant hotdog attacthed to it {wonder what its made out of? yuck}. That alone will save enough to buy real meat products, not soy sawdust burger meat treated with a salt overdose to keep it from killing someone. And soaking them in that red kethcup sause doesnt disguise that nasty meat much by the way. AND CHANGE THAT SMELLY OLD FRY GREESE ONCE IN A WHILE, K?

Do you need a bottle to suck on? Prices on everything is going up. It's the same food it has been for the past 20 or so years. Oh and for your information, it's not just Gate City sales, it's all of Pal's sales around the Tri-Cities. Yeah getting rid of people would make so much sense. Not, do you understand how hard of a job that is? There is way more entailed to it then what everyone see's in the drive through. When I was there we were constantly cleaning and constantly making fresh meat and fries. I worked there in high school and the first year of college.
I would know what goes on. You are crazy, people go to Pals because they make good food and are generally very clean people in there working. It's as cheap as any other fast food restaurant, I will say shakes are expensive but the owner of the store doesn't make the prices, it's due to the mix they use to make it being
expensive. If you're going to complain then just don't go there. No one else cares. Just continue your simple sheltered life in Nickelsville.

Like I said its you dayyum employees and ex employees on here starting these dayyum topix about p!!s so the rest of the employees will join in and verbally kick those who oppose your pro p!!s wiews directly in the BALLS. I wont argue with you on such stupid shit as this because I really dont care what you think one way or the other, punk. F??K p!!s and F??K you too. I still say that slop isnt as good as it was 2 years ago but it sure as he!! cost more than it did 2 years ago and thats what MANY of my friends are saying also. I don't think there has been any Pals topics on Topix except this one and another one back in the winter. And from what I read I didn't see any ball shattering. I don't care if you eat it or not, you shouldn't be running your mouth about the workers though.....and the prices are the same as always....... Just stay in Nickelsville. You are obviously to narrow minded to understand anything more complex outside of it.

I like Pal's & go there almost everyday for the tea. I agree with the OP, food is getting too salty. You can ask for light salt on fries, but if burgers are too salty there's no fixing that.

Check out Pals inspection ratings. Very good. At least it is clean. As far as the salt...you can request no salt. I do and it is still very good. The prices are no higher than anywhere else. Pals will get my business.
As far Teddys in Nickelsville, it too is very good. You can order anything from a grilled chicken salad (very good) to a cheeseburger and tater tots. Ummm. If you don't like that you can have their daily specials. Also, good. At least Scott Co. has a few places to eat. Do you want to give TN your money? Happy eating. See you in line at Pals or at Teddys. They have hot fudge cake to die for.

I'll pay $100.00 for 2 Pal's hotdogs and a saucy burger, you just have to deliver it to LAS VEGAS.

Pals isn't what is use to be. I think Pal Barger is a sweet old man that built a legacy, however the Devil in control (Tom Crosby) only thinks about how to fatten his wallet.Cutting cost is his game. Ruled by OCD, he plans on building Pals anywhere McDonalds exist in the southeast. He is an arrogant, self righteous P.O.S. I hope the Good Lord takes gim back to his managing Micky D's days. Maybe then he'll realize how much he has to be thankful for. He will fire someone after YEARS of service at the drop of a hat. With no remorse, or worry about the family he has affected. No warning, no explanations, just "you're no longer needed" The managers FEAR him for this reason, so you'll never hear it spoken out loud. Support the DEVIL.......... EAT more Pals Ahhahahaha!
