I will ask them to make sure that they have or will. At one point I knew of over 100 handguns that were held for various reasons from the owners. One guy had over 30 handguns that were supposedly destroyed that I would bet did not get destroyed. Amazing that nice guns get destroyed as being declared unclaimed when the owners know that they are being held. This has happened to many people in the last 10 or more years.

John Ingham is not on the Sex Offender Registry. I wonder what level he is considered? I am sure his father loves all the attention from this.

Did you do a search by location? John ingam's last known address is on Delaware Avenue in buffalo. He had to move out of niagara county because of the threats made against him by the girls family.

As for his father, what goes around comes around - his father has talked down and put down people for many years. Anyone who has ever had a pistol permit hearing with this character will know that when leave that room you would have endured much berating and insults, little of it has to do with whether or not you should be given a pistol permit or not. He likes to refer to people who have pistol permits as "cowboys", he likes to use his position to speak little of people. I imagine to make himself look better and smarter than he is. justice comes in many forms.

Inside Info, John Ingham is not listed in the level 2 or 3 Sex Offender data base. It has been searched by name and county. He may be registered as a level 1 offender or he may not be registered until his sentence of weekends is served. Either way both Bill & John are walking pukebags. I hope they both get what they so richly deserve.

Just checked the registry for sex offenders and John Ingham is not listed while another that was sentenced the same day by the same judge is. Wonder what the deal is?

John Ingham is probably not listed on the sex offender registry as he is considered a level 1 sex offender (no force used during commission of crime). He is still on the registry, but it is not listed on the websites.
