Uh, that's the whole point! They want the details out. You've seen $hit because that's all that's out there. Allegations based on lies, that's it and you know if you've really seen any details. Really doubt that!

I am glad you are up on your facts. I'm glad you sat in the court room during each day of the trial. That fact of the matter is, they (the prosecution) had no physical evidence to support their case, the main victim purgered himself more than once, was a bumbling wreck on the stand and the boy who took a deal did so and had everything erased from his record and then helped the defense. When you want to give an opinion, back it up with facts and not your own baseless and factless acusations. Stop Wondering and learn.

The ONLY reason the illustrious coach did NOT go to trial was that one of the boys recanted on his statement- These kids went through such a traumatic experience, even if it may have been exaggerated, they're KIDS- both the ones who were "abused" or merely threatened and bullied, and the "perpetrators" or bullies- THEY were not in charge, and a young teen-ager feeling threatened and unprotected does not need the coach, the supposed "adult" saying that essentially, it's all about him, and HE's suffered SOOO much- we have a few young men who are psychologically damaged FOR LIFE here- and HE's worried that the police might have erred on the side of protecting our kids?? That "coach" needs to get over himself, and be glad he's not up on more charges for being too self centered to EVER coach again. The focus should be on the kids he was BASHING in the media- no wonder the kid recanted- who needs it? A year or two is a LIFETIME when you're a High School student, and he wanted to just forget it. I've seen rape victims do the same against persons of power and influence. They get away with it because of the intimidation and shame they feel; their vicyims are impacted for life.
Mr. Baia is out to find anyone he can bully, and sees this as his cash cow- the feeling of entitlement this man displays is over the top! Get back to work! and if any parents in Wilson have half a brain, you'll keep your kids away from this arrogant, self serving egomaniac who will throw you and your child under the bus with the rest of the kids he's hired to help should you ever dare to question or disagree with him!

The only crime was that the child was hazed. I am not condoneing it, however, there was nothing to back up the boys claim! Nothing! NO marks, no medical evidence Nothing. Just one boy and his parents trying to make a buck. Can we say Duke Lacrosse 2. You forgot to mention that the boy who made up these charges had a personal vendeta against one of the boys whom he said hazed him. You also forgot to mention the fact that if the bus was full of all the JV and Varsity, why weren't all the boys on the bus charged because each one of them was in on it and they did nothing and said nothing.

The two teachers and the students all should have been charged with the assualts. The teacher Mr Biaia was an abusive person he slammed my cousin a few times into the walls and i witnessed that. And now all them are living normal lives while the children that were victimized have to go to school and see the people whom have inflicted the pain on them so personally everyone on here doesnt know shit about wilson until you live their n let them supposedly wrongfully accused. they all knew very well what they were doiong and should have to pay for their actions and not be allowred to be around young children regardless they all should be in JAIL ROTTING n I hope the people whom had a part in it have that happen to them and If my child was a victim of that i would be very pissed that they all got absolutely NO PUNISHMENT FOR COMITTING A CRIME

These good ole boys should not be supervising any children. They are plenty of examples of their bad behaviour. I hpe people in this community will wake up and do what is right someday.
