I heard the man in the vehicle was badly injured. Of course the coal trucker was fine. He will only travel faster to get his $12.00 load of coal. HOW SAD!

That's why BJ was the one getting picked up off the ground after he got knocked out and his nose busted. If you think you know so much about it why not ask the one that was with him driving the purple truck.

Did you all hear about the accident that involved a coal truck. Three children were taken to the hospital. The trucker was was charged with DUI and WRECKLESS driving. I saw it on the news and it happened in our county.

Are the coal trucks running up Filbert? Or stopping down at Elbert.

The town of Gary will not back off.The coal truckers and their families live out of state and are not breathing coal dust on a daily basis. We won't stop until the coal companies ship all coal out by train.Everyone deserves clean air-that's why the US Environmental Protection Agency has a hot line number 1-800-887-6063 and a form online for violation of THE CLEAN AIR ACT!
Further education for you. It isn't going to happen.

Nobody cares they are just doing their job and trying to make a living for their families. I don't think they will care until they try to succeed in shutting them down and then what are they going to have left? NOTHING! No town, no store, no nothing! I find it quite amusing that people from out of state can come in and file a lawsuit against all the mines and trucking companies. Oh but be assured, I don't see it going anywhere. These companies will hire their high priced attorneys and run somebody through the ringer. Money talks and bullsh**t walks!I wouldn't want to be the one on the receiving end!

we need the coal and truck drivers but laws need to be obeyed and half of the drivers are on drugs and the drug testing they do insome trucking companies are bogus.if they get randomly checked by an outside source u will see how many will fail.

There's so many other BETTER ways to "keep the lights on". You ignorant people have blinders on and brainwashed zombies for coal.

Truck folks work hard trying to make a living, this is good.
If you can, keeping the dust is good also.
Keeping
dust down and running good coal is very good.
