Garrison man gets maximum sentence for DWI crash that killed Peekskill man

A Garrison man got the maximum prison sentence - 2 1/3 to 7 years - for causing a drunken-driving crash in Cortlandt that killed a retired auto worker from Peekskill and injured five members of that man's family.

No matter if he got 2-7 years or more, it can't bring back a loved one. He will be away from his family for those years and I hope everyday he remembers that a stupid selfish act that killed a good man stays with him.God Forgive him. I am trying to.

jail never helped an addict..and 7 yrs isnt good enough for murder x injuring 5..remove his liver

Then what would you remove from an addict....thier hearts. Mistakes big and small are made every day and we never know when we'll be on the receiving or giving end of it. So if you have ever had 4 or more drinks in 2 hours pass your liver on to the needy. R.I.P. Ralph condolences to both families.
