FAA ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD covers up violence and harassment

I was hired to work at RDU Airway Facilities tech in Apr 06, alumni of UNCC and NCSU colleges of engineering. I went to FAA Academy for 10 weeks and was top student in new hire class. I returned to RDU for work as electronic tech, having 11 years of service in USAF w/14 medals and clusters. I was hired to work communication, landing systems, weather radar and environmental. I returned from Academy to RDU and lead navaid tech was told to take me to Sanford landing system. He was angry and told me he had been sabotaging my career and his dad did landing systems before him and I wasn't going to do them and he had been rallying other techs to his aide. I was quickly the butt of sexually sick jokes, referred to as Cletis, cursed and routinely confronted with violent demeanors as they did not want me doing anything but environmental work. I was tasked to ride with techs in gov vehicles and they would drive violently >85mph, cross double yellows, run red lights and stop signs, harass citizens on I540 and us64 trying to harass me with workplace violence. I was in the gov's on several instances were NCHP stopped the airway techs after citizens called 911 about aggressive gov driving and extreme speeding in school zone while school buses leaving school. The eeo counselor for FAA solicited teen for sex on gov phone at RDU Flight Serivce Station in my presence and engendered to have her enlist others for his friends. I continued to turn the other cheek , having recently diagnosed with arthritis requiring shots and methotroxate. Oct 06 a tech cut around traffic at light and ran into oncoming traffic. cars careened around the gov van as the violent driver again subjected me to workplace violence. I had to call FAA supervisor Cunningham to pick me up on US 70. I then feared for my life from this group and informed Cunningham of all the violence, abuse of government phones and vehilces, solicitations and harassment. He protected them all and I called the FAA Accountability Board in Wash. They covered up everything and would not respond to my calls, even as the Board investigated and FAA Security was at RDU the tech I was sent out with ran red light with me in van to let me know these bullies and their union could get away with anything. The Board whitewash I found out about after they responded to a letter I sent Senator Dole. I quit in Feb having done nothing but perform my federal duties with great honor and professionalism. The FAA and the highest levels in it condoned the violence and retaliated against me for reporting the abuses these $100,000.00 a year technicians were engaging in. There was only one in the navaid environmental group that condcuted himself professionally. One FAA engineer from Ga. Tech even referred to NC State alumni as "retards" when I had to drive with him. He checked himself when I challenged him on things like Ampere's Circuital Law and the Lorentz Force Equation. I had met and tutored tech from Tampa , Atlanta and Texas in my short employ and these techs were very professional and appreciative. I just want people to know the FAA condones workplace violence, harassing citizens on highways, solicting teens for sex, violent speeding and workplace cursing and bullying. These techs got new offices, vehicles and other goodies after I reported their complete shirking of their duty as federal employees and of course the FAA Accountability Board complete condonation of violence , harassment and abuse of government vehicles and phones.

I can vouch for this..
I was attacked by a local National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) official in a federal building. I reported it. Now I am ostracized and shamed by my peers while the attacker has continued to harass me, made inflammatory reports about me, and has vandalized my personal car. Management is afraid of the union in the FAA.
FAA/DOT workplace violence policy are nothing more then lip service to convince outsiders looking in that they are a good organizations that is doing something to safeguard their employees. Much like the "new and Improved" label on old products to get people to buy off on the same old product.
