We should have the right to expect our tax supported institutions to verify that these people are here legally. If they are not, then they better have a Mexican midwife to deliver their kids. If we have to deliver their kids, then we should do a tubal ligation at the same time to make sure we do not have to pay for another kid to be born. They have far too many kids that they cannot support. Anytime you see a charity event that is giving away school supplies, food bank stuff etc....ALL you see are Mexicans.

Why do we care what LULAC thinks of us. Why do we worry about what anyone thinks of us for protecting the legal citizens of this country. If following the law and working hard and being a productive part of society is being a racist, then I am one with a capital R. We need to stop being afraid of offending certain groups and start defending our constitution. Do away with welfare altogether and let us take care of our own families. We would have more money to do this if we didn't have to pay for illegals and deadbeats.

No joke. Even the republicans are spending like drunken democrats. Once the gov't got into the benevolence industry, the floodgates continued to open.

Nancy, can blacks and whites board your race train for free school supplies, or is it solely segregated for Mexicans? Is it possible they are well tanned whites or light skinned coloreds,(a word more fitting your racism)? Stop the hate.
Knowledge is power.. Humanity is all we have.
How would making english the official language of FB help? You speak what you want to the people that understand you. How would dropping recreational activites for immigrants help the city of Farmers Branch? People that utilize the recereational facilities have to pay, member dues and or class fees. An illegal immigrant as Tim says does not care about home value, paying taxes etc etc, would not care to join the Rec centers either. Ofcourse no one wants Free loaders. So his answer is put them in jail (any criminal for that matter) so my tax dollars can pay for them to watch tv and get physicaly fit and have decent meals everyday not to mention health care. Put them in a dump of a place no hot meals no hot water, Bare essentials. Make the prison a prison, not a retreat.
The route to go is have FB code enforcement step up so that property values can rise. Pay teachers more to educate our children, incentives for better scores for the teacher not the government run school districts. Show the illegals how to become legals so employers can give them a decent wage and they can pay so called taxes. I thought they paid taxes everytime they bought goods or services. You make it sound as if an immigrant says I am going to stay Illegal so I won't have to pay taxes. The employer registers with IRS to have dollars withheld for taxes. Does the immigrant have a choice? Think it out. Landlords pay taxes on the properties they have for rent I am sure they have included that in the rent fee, they are in it to make money not give money away just to illegal immigrants. YES fine the people that employ Illegals, but don't take it out on the illegal they are trying to make a living without raising the crime rate. Its the employer that is trying to get ahead by cheating the worker and the IRS.
The main point is YOU step up and make this a better country than it already is by HELPING others. We are all people, UNIFY!!!

Your thought process almost makes me chuckle. I hope that you do not honestly believe that illegal immigrants pay into the system more than they receive.
Let's break this down. Yes, they must pay sales tax at 8.25%. That's outstanding. For the one's who have stolen a SS#, they pay taxes, but the least amount possible. Illegals claim multiple children to have the minimum taken out of their paychecks. At the end of the year, they do not file a return. Property taxes? Most illegals live in low income neighborhoods with many people to a residence. If you do the math, it means very low property taxes divided by many individuals.
What do illegals cost? Many children in school per very low property taxes equals underfunded. Many children born at county hospitals versus very little, if any, reimbursement equals underfunded. Emergency room primary care with little, if any, reimbursement equals underfunded. Social services versus very little income tax equals underfunded.
I understand your morals and I can appreciate them. Although, we can not afford to be a welfare society for the rest of the world. We are wealthy, but not nearly as wealthy as we would need to be. With morals comes common courtesy and personal accountability. After watching the protests and listening to LULAC, neither of these traits are present in the pro-illegal community. An illegals sole purpose is to make as much money as they possibly can. To think that an illegal will willingly send a check to the IRS is humorous.
Please keep in mind that taxes are our money, not an individuals. I pay an enormous amount of taxes every year and have never utilized social services or have had children in the public schools. If I was to think about it long enough, I would be outraged that people like me are forced to pay for others who either refuse to work, or are here illegally draining the services that are meant for my US brotheren, which I am more than happy to help provide.
If you, or any other person is for using our money in this way, I would suggest that you walk down the street and personally notify each one of your neighbors that you will require them to pay more for illegal immigration. You may be suprised at how unpopular that is.
Morals guide our beliefs, but common sense guides our actions. I am afraid to admit that I do not believe your argument holds very much common sense.

Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas , Texas is a fairly famous institution and for a variety of reasons:
"On the flip side, Parkland is also home to the second busiest maternity ward in the country with almost 16,000 new babies arriving each year.(That's almost 44 per day---every day)
A recent patient survey indicated that 70 percent of the women who gave birth at Parkland in the first three months of 2006 were illegal immigrants. That's 11,200 anchor babies born every year just in Dallas . According to the article, the hospital spent $70.7 million delivering 15,938 babies in 2004 but managed to end up with almost $8 million dollars in surplus funding. Medicaid kicked
in $34.5 million, Dallas County taxpayers kicked in $31.3 million and the feds tossed in another $9.5 million.
The average patient in Parkland 's maternity wards is 25 years old, married and giving birth to her second child. She is also an illegal immigrant. By law, pregnant women cannot be denied medical care based on their immigration status or ability to pay.
OK, fine. That doesn't mean they should receive better care than everyday, middle-class American citizens. But at Parkland Hospital , they do.
" Parkland Memorial Hospital has nine prenatal clinics. NINE.
The Dallas Morning News article followed a Hispanic woman who was a patient at one of the clinics and pregnant with her third child---her previous two were also born at Parkland . Her first two deliveries were free and the Mexican native was grateful because it would have cost $200 to have them in Mexico . This time, the hospital wants her to pay $10 per visit and $100 for the delivery but she was unsure if she could come up with the money. Not that it matters, the hospital won't turn her away.(I wonder why they even bother asking at this point.)
"How long has this been going on? What are the long-term affects?
Well, another subject of the article was born at Parkland in 1986 shortly after her mother entered the U.S. illegally---now she is having her own child there as well.(That's right, she's technically a U.S. citizen.) These women receive free prenatal care including medication, nutrition, birthing classes and child care classes. They also get freebies such as car seats, bottles, diapers and formula.
Most of these things are available to American citizens as well but only for low-income applicants and even then, the red tape involved is almost insurmountable.
Because these women are illegal immigrants, they do not have to provide any sort of legitimate identification---no proof of income. An American citizen would have to provide a social security number which would reveal their annual income---an illegal immigrant need only claim to be poor and the hospital must take them at their word.
As if that isn't annoying enough, the illegal immigrant patients are actually complaining about hospital staff not speaking Spanish. In this AP story, the author speaks with a woman who is upset that she had to translate comments from the hospital staff into Spanish for her husband. The doctor was trying to explain the situation to the family and the mother was forced to translate for her husband who only spoke Spanish. This was apparently a great injustice to her.
In an attempt to create a Spanish-speaking staff, Parkland Hospital is now providing incentives in the form of extra pay for applicants who speak Spanish. Additionally, medical students at the University of Texas Southwestern for which Parkland Hospital is the training facility will now have a Spanish language requirement added to their already jammed-packed curriculum.

DO YOU VOTERS GET THE PICTURE YET???

Someone has finally fixed an approximate taxpayer cost of between 12 million and 15 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S., according to a World Net Daily report today which cites a new study by the Heritage Foundation’s Robert Rector. Rector found the following:

A household headed by an individual without a high school education, including about two-thirds of illegal aliens, costs U.S. taxpayers more than $32,000 in federal, state and local benefits. That same family contributes an average of $9,000 a year in taxes, resulting in a net tax burden of $22,449 each year;
Over the course of the household’s lifetime, that tax burden translates to $1.1 million, the report said; and
If you calculate low, using a figure of 12 million illegal aliens for estimation purposes, the total tax burden translates to $2.2 trillion.
No matter how the politicians spin it,$2.2 trillion is 2.2 trillion dollars too many!

Reproductive parasitism.

Cow birds and cuckoos surreptitiously lay their eggs in the nests of a host species bird. The offspring of the parasite species compete voraciouciously for the surrogate parents to feed them. When a host species is stressed by normal or abnormal environmental cycles, the overwhelming numbers and need of the parasite species offspring can even threaten the reproductive success and ultimate survival of the host species, by starving out the host species offspring, or by overcrowding disease contagion for too many seasons.

Thanks for the facts. I would just add:

No Matter How the Politicians spin it,$2.2 Trillion COST TO TAXPAYERS is NOT “Contributing to our society!”

It is killing our way of life and robbing our children and grandchildren of a future.

mmm...and I guess you all believe that our government is in some sort of conspiracy to let all the illegals take over the U.S. Grow up...it is obvious that all sides can take all kind of data and spin it to benefit their point of view, which in the end solves nothing. Ultimately, the Federal Government can stop this whole issue for once and for all yet the Federal Government does nothing...well..maybe they know more than all of us.

Illegal immigration is forever changing our cities. I left Irving after having resided there for many years to escape to the countryside.
All of this will be a moot point after just one generation, as these children of illegals will be US citizens. Our leaders know they can take get away with this so we can have people who will work for less than a living wage!
So long Irving and so long middle class!!

Irving,Garland,Plano,Dallas,Ho uston and every other city in the USA..Why not?
We feed, school, and pay their rent. While they breed more for your children to grow old trying to keep them in their new found lifestyle..Why should they work and pay taxes? The breeders are sucking that dry and you are still going to work and whinning because your kid's are doing without College,Food,Housing while you work to support Mexico's problems..Why do you think Mexico wants them out of there?
They are allowed to buy houses in nice neighborhoods because they know they can bring it down and then all of the rest can buy for pennies on the dollar..Stop whinning and start getting rid of the people in Washington that even whispers the word open borders..Or watch your children work the rest of their lives to fund all of the new mouths they have for someone else to feed..Wake up!! And look around you if you see a mexican Female over thirteen and under fifty she is pregnant..And the children you are struggling to raise ..Will be struggling to survive.

Moodiness is never far away today, making you over-react to problems and giving you a tendency to take out your feelings on your nearest and dearest. If someone asks you what's really wrong, you'll struggle to explain and may even have to give up because you can't put it into words.
