Dallas man arrested after burglarizing Visionworks store near Office Max

Rockwall Police officers arrested a 19-year-old Dallas man around 10 pm Thursday after witnesses said he broke the glass of the Visionworks store in the Rockwall Market Center Shopping Center near Office Max and stole the flat screen TV.
