It just goes to show ya that if the definition of rape is widened to include eating an ice cream cone or looking at bicycle, the number of reported "rape" crimes will increase creating the illusion of higher rates of crime, leading to the ability of those in government to persuade the taxpayers of imminent doom if their jobs are eliminated.
