I like my local Walmart....except for one thing: too many people are bringing their dogs into the store that are not service dogs. Today, there was a guy sitting at the waiting bench at the Pharmacy with his dog in his lap. I needed to sit down and wait for service as well, but would have had to sit down next to this dog. Also, people are carrying their dogs around in the front end of the grocery baskets. I can't tell you how much this grosses me out to think how unsanitary it is.

Ya, I get it that people love their pooches, but if they can't shop without taking their dog along, they may need help. Not everyone is in love with these people's dogs. One lady reported one of these dogs was trying to get at the meat she had in her grocery cart.

The management at Walmart needs to put the brakes on this since it's getting out of control.

The problem is Walmart allows it. For some reason, these idiots have no consideration for others, or else they are just plain stupid and believe that everyone should welcome their mutt being a Walmart shopper. START COMPLAINING TO THE MANAGERS!

Dogs do not belong in walmart!

ever sense walmart moved everything around, I can't find many items. I ask an employee and they don't know where the item is either. I stopped going to walmart about 2 months ago. The prices are much higher than Bullocks (that's a first).

Checker just told me employees would be fired for asking a customer to remove their non service dog, even if the mutt was in the grocery cart basket. I don't care if they ARE service or therapy dogs, they don't need to be inside the cart! They need to get their freeking therapy at the therapists office,,,freeking loony tunes.

I have no idea why the health department in T or C allows Wal-Mart to allow this.

"Therapy dogs", ROFL. I want a therapy zebra so I can ride into Walmart on it.
It would really relieve my anxiety attacks.

What's the matter with these people that believe they have to have their mini-mutts with them every second of the day everywhere they go, including the grocery store? I viewed this for the umpteenth time just last week at Walmart, carrying a dog around in the store, fawning over it like it was a baby.

Has America lost it's mind?
