Hollande is elected in France, unemployment jumps.
Wonder why? Because SOCIALISM DOESN'T WORK.
depends on the direction of Socialism, American Capitalism is a form of Socialism and its not working to good either and TARP is proof that the Government had to get involved in the so called private sector.

2010 and 2011 are long gone, doggy.
Think a little more in depth Fred:

http://www.examiner.com/article/gov-kasich-fa...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/09/30/john...

Now what do you suppose explains the changes in those approval poll numbers in 2010, 2011, and 2012?

What you say may be true. After all, voters are stupid. Just look at last election and SB 5.

Kasich has turned this state around. Going from negative to positive. I would expect a stupid electorate to remove him from office and reinstate a known failure. This is why Ohio struggled in the country and particularly in the jobs sector until Kasich was elected. Now that we have a real winner, let's move towards getting a real loser in power. it wouldn't surprise me at all. Ohioans like losers. It's not until our backs are against the wall when we elect winners.

Isn't Democracy fun? Folks like you who think it is a spectator sport, and then vilify those who actually participate in their civic duties really crack me up.
What's occurring in Michigan is an exact repeat performance of what transpired in Ohio in 2010 and 2011. You know what happened there, don't you?
The only difference is that this time, when the GOP rushed the legislation through the legislature they followed the Koch Brothers' advice and added appropriations to the bills so that pursuant to the Michigan Constitution, they are ostensibly not subject to a public repeal referendum vote.
Give it time, and watch what transpires. Ask John Kasich.
Those who think this legislation emasculated union political clout, are in for a rude awakening, I think.

Please. You were never a police officer in your life. You libs come on here making all kinds of outrageous claims about your careers. We've seen it all to many times.

Police departments have tests to get the best qualified people to join their force. Your writing skills are that of a sixth grader. If you actually tried out to be a police officer, you wouldn't have passed the written test.

That's right. Reporters shouldn't assault the people they are "interviewing".

That sort of situation has a propensity to turn sour quickly, despite the bump in viewership.

Poor Mr. Crowder.

He's paid by Fox to perform observe, interview, document, and record the newsworthy events in Lansing. Instead, he intentionally and unprofessionally inserts himself into a potentially volatile situation by attempting to intercede, and assist in preventing union protestors from taking down an AFP tent, essentially "choosing sides" during the very protest he is "reporting" on.

Then he ends up getting punched.

Poor Mr. Crowder.

Writers for the newspaper include Michael Collins Piper, whose work has been characterized as anti-semitic,[4] and James P. Tucker, Jr., a longtime Spotlight reporter whose focus is the Bilderberg Group. Articles by Carto also appear occasionally. James Edwards, who now hosts The Political Cesspool (broadcast as a service of the neo-Nazi Stormfront) was also a former writer for the newspaper.

The newspaper also runs columns by Joe Sobran, James Traficant, Paul Craig Roberts, Ron Paul, and others. The newspaper's podcast series has featured mainstream guests including Brian Baird, Philip Giraldi, Dean Baker, and others.[5]

Attendees of the 2006 American Free Press / The Barnes Review conference included [6] Arthur Jones, former member Nationalist Socialist White People's Party [7] and USS Liberty investigator Tito Howard. Dr. Hesham Tillawi whose show has been called "a megaphone for Holocaust deniers and white supremacists seeking to broadcast their hatred and anti-Semitism into American homes"[by whom?] also was a speaker.

Some authors of the American Free Press such as Michael Collins Piper and Carto-affiliated institutions such as the Center for Historical Review have published books which have been published in paper and electronic format on the America First Books website America First Books.[8][9] William B. Fox is the publisher. It promotes nationalist viewpoints similar to those of the American Free Press and its authors. On its website it is explained why "supporting nationalism, to include even certain forms of 'white nationalism' makes good long term business sense"

I know the threats of violence are quite unsettling. When I first started reading the boards I was terribly put off by them as well.
While it may not reassure you much, once I recognized the level of powerlessness that these threats arise from, I found them much less disturbing.
You've got older, white men, who feel that they have little agency over their own lives, in a context which has rapidly devalued their privilege. They're confused, afraid and angry. Things have changed so much, in a way so far from their expectations and it must seem wonderfully unfair.
Reading these threats as threats against individuals is indeed concerning.
Reading them instead as empty threats by the powerless against the system which contains the individuals they name in their threats, makes everything look much more manageable. These men aren't likely to hurt anyone. They haven't got the agency to make themselves heard in meaningful ways, let alone take drastic and dangerous steps outlined here.
It is still inappropriate and points to the immaturity and lack of reason which leaves them unable to seek redress and respect from the world. But it's a lot less scary than reading the bravado and bluster outside of their contexts.
I agree. It is always the old, angry, unaccomplished, white men. But having said that, they still don't have the right to just make shit up. Especially "UnReality" He has taken it way too far.

Any way, very good description of some of the posters here. Especially, "UnReality"........ ;-)
