Why are they (City of Garfield Heights) ignoring the ban of Pit Bulls in the city? You see them all up and down the Boulevard without a muzzle at that. Some are aggressive towards other people and the ones who the dogs don't even care if they get loose.
Garfield Heights is really losing it, the city is becoming worse by the minute, people from all areas move here and they bring their ghetto ways with them.........time to move folks

If there any money in it? There are plenty of Garfield cops sitting by speed traps, maybe you should call them up and tell them people are breaking the law.

Don't your cops sit on the hill on the freeway and over there by 77? LOL Tell them to get their asses off the freeway and go do some real police work.

If you don't report it, they won't know about it. A cop can't be sitting on every single street looking for F'n dogs. If you think the police are lax on the issue, contact your Council person and let them know.

We have no dog laws in Maple Heights. I wish we did. But from time to time, some clown walks their dog to my tree lawn and lets them crap there without picking it up. I informed my neighbors and tenants that if they ever see somebody doing that, call the police. That's what they are there for.

I wonder if the the Newburgh police would do what Maple would do. Show up, look at you, look at the dog crap, and look back and you and tell you to move.

I spoke with my Councilman on that. He said that he was going to talk to the Chief of police to put a stop to officers giving that advice. I bet if these cops lived here, they would never suggest law abiding citizens to move.

Good job on that one. That is one thing I found to be a universal complaint among Maple Heights residents, calling the cops and being told to move. How many times have we seen it posted here? I think every single person that posts here from Maple Heights has a story about that. Sickening.

So far, that hasn't happened to me, but I seldom call the police for anything. But if a Maple Heights police officer ever told me to just move, I would reply "why don't you move here?" Bet that would shut him up. LOL!!!
