LOL

I'm sorry....wait, no I'm not. What an idiot. You are not supposed to confront a robber(when working for these corporations). He will and should be terminated for his actions. Most companies -- even banks -- have policies that you should comply with the demands of the robbers and take no further action.

I am against the robbers, but I also hate idiots. This is how you end up on a slab over a few dollars for a company that will fire you right before x-mas. Listen to their policy.

Seriously, if somebody robs me at gun point for my own stuff, I'm not chasing after them if I am unarmed.

On another note I wonder if Pizza Hut allows their delivery drivers to be armed like some small pizza shops do. With a couple armed people on the premise would they even be a target?

He didn't chase him.. The delivery guy was returning to the store and the suspect was fleeing, running into the delivery guy outside of the building......get your facts straight guys. I live 3 streets away and seen the aftermath.

the driver did not run out after him,
the drive ran out before him and got shot as they were trying to make they're get away. he wasn't trying to be a hero or anything just picked a bad place to hide.

your a dummy, and definitely do not know pizza huts policies and he will not be fired for his actions, because he was not running after the robber, he was trying to hide from him. you do not know what your talking about.

Hey, I got my "facts" from the article....
----------
According to Sgt. Dave Bailey with Garfield Heights police, at around 9:45 p.m., an armed man walked into the Pizza Hut on Turney Road and robbed the restaurant.

Witnesses told police that after the suspect ran outside, a Pizza Hut employee chased after him, before getting shot in the leg.

----

As you can see it clearly states the employee chases after him. If he didn't, I stand corrected.

The problem with these news articles is that they never seem to get all the facts or to get the facts right. Later in the day the story will change.
