does anyone know about how to help a very healthy and beautiful fig tree survive the harsh winter in central europe? Three years long my fig tree begins thriving in the later part of the summer which means that the fruit only appears around sept-oct. like now it has lots of little figs but of course not ripe yet....by the time winter's here the figs are medium size and still not ripe and then they all shrivel up and die never survive all those frosty nights. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do.
