Hey WOW, why is that asking for trouble? My parents are both 73 and probably drive better than the majority of drivers out there. Don't be an idiot with your stupid remarks.

That is another dangerous, antiquated intersection on route 234. It has to be one of the most dangerous state routes in the area.

How fast could the bus be going while backing up? Didn't the walker hear the b/u beeper? Is the walker blind, deaf and walks with a limp?

Howdy, Whether you are a walker, a driver or a passenger in a vehicle-you must be aware of all present. I don't dare step off the curb, until I have checked out the entire situation. Then again, there is the "freaky accident" scenario. No control in that situation. Just be aware of your surroundings the best you can.

LOL I was thinking the same thing! And because of the fire policeman's stupidity the poor bus driver will probably lose his job.

They should have given the Fire policeman a test to see if he had alcohol in his system he may have just left one of the local clubs this man clearly should not be involved in directing traffic as in most cases when the fire police arrive that is when all the problems start. In their minds they think that they have control of the situation when most of the time they make it worse it is a none fact that they have a very low IQ

The question you pose regarding alcohol consumption is a valid one. Your IQ comment "it is a none fact that they have a very low IQ" is not....... and the word you were searching for is "KNOWN" instead of "NONE".

Its amazing they can find bus drivers so
as it is as poorly behaved as many of these
kids are today. I've known many bus drivers
over the years who gave it up because of the
poor behavior they had to deal with every day.

This was NOT a policeman..but a fire police provider! This is the man that tries to keep your sorry butt safe when there are obstacles in the road due to an accident. How do you know that the bus back up alarms were working...did the driver actually look before he backed up? If there were fire police in the area they would have been marked by bright colored vests, cones, flare etc. You idiots need to look out for emergency personnel when they are in the area doing their jobs. Because if that was your family member hurt you would be the first one screaming for help! Let's hope you never need emergency services because hopefully they will be too busy to help you!! MORON!

And yes the bus driver SHOULD lose his job..he hit someone..end of story!
