This is what happens when a few selectmen decide to go off on their own with a project before it is vetted. Ayer's BOS had a subcommittee to investigate green initiatives. Instead of going step-by-step via a subcommittee, Sullivan, Cappucci and Deveau hand-picked this technician who lied about his address and resume, and has a criminal background.

The Shirley Selectmen are planning to sign a Nov. 14 STM warrant at this Monday's BOS meeting. I wonder if they are going to revoke their request for funding for this guy.

Announced at the Ayer BoS meeting Tuesday: Sullivan and McCreary had their come-to-jesus meeting that morning with the president of the company McCreary and her sub-committee were promoting and viola!, a deal was struck w/the company to Sulivan's liking and all was good again at the table... later they even 'ratified' an over-budget spending by Suhoski w/a 'good job, Shaun' pat-on-the-back. Why is this allowed to go on over and over again?

Suhoski did mention his reservations about Navin and wanted to postpone the consultant's presentation. But Sullivan went ahead with it anyway. I think his ambition to run for State Rep. is keeping him from thinking clearly and doing things by committee. At least he finally came around; too bad it took such a bad mistake to make that happen.

It's not Sullivan's run for state rep that has him not thinking clearly....as always its his ego..if he thinks its a good idea he will put it on the agenda...

I want to know what was behind the push for this guy? Connie says He did his time. Well the victims have to do a lifetime of this creeps perversion. Even to the point of stating that he would still give the guy the contract but have his workers at the school site and not the Level 2 Sex Offender. Exactly what are kind of message are you sending. Did you have a deal of your own going??

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Scorpio

It will be easy to let things get on top of you today, especially if you're already feeling rather tired and listless. Do yourself a favor and keep away from anyone who often makes you feel a bit fed up or defensive, because they're the last person you want to be around at the moment. They'll make your spirits sink down to your ankles in a flash, and who needs that?
