dont lecture me about addicts and blah blah blah. I have very close people in my life that have been effected by drugs and addiction. so I am not speaking out of ignorance. What it comes down to is " YOU MAKE YOUR CHOICES!"

I also know her. I have not been around her at any point in her life when she was messed up. She was doing so well. It was her choice to do drug's, obviously, unless someone held her down. Heroin is a terrible, controlling, addiction. I have alway's known her to be one of the nicest, sweetest girls that I have ever met. I can not see her ever doing anything like this in her normal state of mind.

Stealing, robbing, theft, taking something thats not yours, all illegal activities. Need food or help with heat, that's what the many social service agencies in this nanny state are there for. People who rob banks don't want help with bills, except maybe what they owe the drug dealer who will kill them if they don't pay.
