foley is a hack and a perfect example of what's wrong with government at all levels. He is 100% disabled (wink wink). Yet, he's not disabled and can run for sheriff. Which is it? Also, if the trial lawyers and fire fighters union are supporting him it can't be good for the rest of us. He'll do what his predecessors did and appoint his friends as deputy sheriffs and further the fleecing of the taxpayers.
