I truly don't understand what the new city council members feel they accomplished. The intermodal is coming even though no one wants it. Now Gardner has no way to influence what gets built, or how it gets built. And, no opportunity for any tax revenues. Not to mention the fact that we have really embarrassed ourselves. What developer is going to take us seriously ever again when negotiating commercial development?

As I've said over and over again, if Johnson County gets involved, it's bound to be a mess..
