For anyone donating...my Tweak the Treat event is not only about providing our troops with candy but also, providing cards and notes letting them know we are praying for them along with an opportunity to express our sentiments of gratitude.

As a Wellness Coach, my goal is to encourage and empower others engage in positive activities and make them aware that diet and exercise are the answer to so many health issues. Therefore, in exchange for the candy, I've arranged for WELLNESS gifts...bowling, mini-golf, open gym passes, karate, Planet Beach Spa pass, smoothies, MannaBears (vine ripened fruits and veggies) and a complimentary Health and Wellness Consultation with me via TCOY Wellness.

Thanks for Caring and Sharing! TCOY = Take Care of You...for the Health of it!

The real 'treat' comes from better health and more energy, which is what happens when we decrease our sugar intake, exercise and add supplements like Mannatech offers to our diet!

Thanks, Lucy, for making this event happen! We appreciate the opportunity to write a note and spread some "sweetness" to our military troops serving in Afganistan. We're proud of them and the job they are doing. We'll keep them in our prayers.

It's rare these days for someone to take the time to follow through on a great idea like this, to help our country lead others to freedom. Getting those piles of candy away from our kids and sharing it, is a bonus. Awesome job, Lucy DelSarto! Nice to see good news for a change.

This is an amazing thing, a grass roots movement to help our troops. Bless Lucy for having the vision, and moving forward with it.

Great job Lucy. What a great way for our children to indirectly connect with the children of Afghanistan through our awesome soldiers. No doubt the contributions are bringing smiles and helping forge friendships wherever the soldiers go. Thanks for caring. TCOY too.

As Lucy's point of contact in Afghanistan I'd like to thank everyone for their time and selfless service to the men and women of the Armed Forces deployed abroad. Your contributions will go along way to making a soldiers day as well as bringing smiles to the faces of multiple Afghan children. We have a lot of interaction with the youth and will photograph some of these smiles and get them back so all of you can see the good you have brought. Thank you for your undying support that continues until we all come home.

Daily Horoscope for January 1

Capricorn

Happy New Year, Capricorn! I don't think the hair of the dog will help much this morning! If you're socialising again today, keep a rein on your expenses, as there could be a slight confusion in financial matters. Friends will be at your side and bail you out if there is a crisis. Use your strong internal discipline to accomplish your personal goals this year.
