Scary when you have to start advertising "safe" places to trick or treat.
Society is turning into a hell hole with the gangsters , weirdos and pervs preying on

In 20 years in my neighborhood I get few trick-or-treaters, even in good weather. Mostly local kids only. I live in a nice quiet residential area.

Are the days of children walking up to strangers houses and asking for candy over?
