This is the way it is now. The counsel wants a millage for the library yet lays off 50% of it's workers in City Hall and D.P.S.. Why? Because we have a counsel that has destroyed our city's municipal workforce through incompetence. The residents deserve all the decline in our city this counsel brings. Just look at the primary vote's for the next city counsel. Jody Dodge who brought a 16 million dollar lawsuit judgment against our city,(pay-up folk's)neglects even her basic duties...like showing up for the most important vote the counsel had to make concerning the budget. Yet, she is back in the running. Brisco and Kerwin have their own agendas, unfortunately not the residents. Good luck Garden City. Me? I'm moving out.
