Listen to yourselves !!! this about sums up what your saying !!! Im sorry but I dont think death was a fair punishment for her crimes. I know she shouldnt have crossed the tracks, but she did. may others learn for her actions so that her death will not be in vain. DOnt be so quick to judge, you may not feel the same way if it was your daughter.
wow! thats a joke right im crying right now
she deserved to die no she didnt it was prom night so my dad let her stay out a little later and she shouldnt of been crossing the tracks but she did and she died for a reason cause my mom wanted her so leave our family alone and stop bitching if u have nothing nice to say then dont say it

youre right buddy, stay on the island, i have the ocean on the left and the mountains on my right as i drive to work in the morning, with no traffic and beautiful weather 50 weeks a year. no snow, ice or idots like you to deal with. i own a townhouse that is brand new and would cost twice what i paid for it in new york. oh and my taxes are 50% less.and get this, no day laborers on every corner either. so please stay there, call me a sell out all you want but what did i sell out of? life is going to hell in a handbasket there. newsday is like the enquirer but everything is true, thats why we love to read it so much, you are all a bunch of circus freaks
It's all a matter of what you like. For the two years we lived in California, we missed the change of seasons as well as the cultural benefits from living near enough to NYC to enjoy the good things on offer. San Fran, even before it was taken over by leftists homos, did not come close. You remind me of the Floridians gloating about their weather and leaving out the cockroaches and snakes.

To the family and friends.......Im very sorry for your loss. As Newsday often does, they don't tell the whole story. I am reading this article and there is a statment from the father read by a Reverand. In it he says "there is another viod in our lives" Had they lost someone else recently?
Don't be so quick to judge, Jackies Mom died suddenly about 5 years ago. Her dad has spent the time since then doing the best job anyone could do raising 4 kids. Jackie was a wonderful young lady, and this was a terrible accident. Say a prayer for Jackie, and another for her family. They are handsdown some of the best people you could ever know. GOD BLESS THE VINCENT FAMILY.......Uncle Dennis

yes, and it wouldve been nice if jackie had known that, and its good that we do now, but its not fair that she had to be the lesson for all of us.

No one deserves to die. but everyone needs to use common sense!
so what you're telling us is that you've never made a simple mistake in your life due to a momentary lack of judgement that could happen to anyone in this world? cause that's what happened to jackie, and very very unfortunatly, it managed to cost her her life.
stay beautiful jackie vincent <3
Let Jackie rest in peace

Who walks across the tracks at midnight? Actually, who walks across the tracks at all? Bad actions cause bad consequences...this girl should have known better and I have not one ounce of sympathy for someone so stupid.
I don't really know you at all, but all I know is that Jackie Vincent had so much more kindness and sense than you ever will, so even if she happened to make a mistake that took her away from all of us, it's good to know that you're the idiot and the complete jerk in this situation.
Next time you make a simple mistake that causes you to pass on, I'm sure you'd feel spectacular that there's people on the internet trashing you even after your gone. But even then, at least saying that your stupid would be true, even though it wasn't for Jackie. I'm sorry to offend, I'm just REALLY not a fan of hypocrites, and I know and care for the Vincents and hate to see these things said about such a wonderful girl like Jackie who deserves just to rest in peace now.

this is the most disgusting chat or blogue ive ever viewed, you are the same people i wouldnt spit on if u were thirsty . Jackie was my friend and i happened to type her name into google cause i was thinking about her. She was beautiful smart and funny for a girl . you are all haters ; sick pissants and im sorry to have to write her name in the same paragraph as yours. I will always remember jackie and she was a true friend. That could of happened to anyone and i never thought of it as anything other than an utter tragedy. good night and good luck
