Samantha - some here seem to be questioning your credibility. And, why not? After all you seem to know what happened but you won't testify? You apparently, although it's not clear, did not make a statement to the police? And, to top it all off, you seem to lack any concern about justice because you can't find the time to make a statement or testify because you have "other priorities." So, in your case, I guess justice for the parties involved is a matter of convenience? In my opinion, what you effectively are here in this thread is a rather crude awful form of passing the time.

I think it makes people appreciate the fact we have a justice system of which you, thankfully, won't particpate.

Unarmed robbery, armed robbery......they are both felonies......do some research, further your education. He already was a convicted felon, served his time (probably should not have been released), discharged on 9/21/07 and 15 days later he along with Paula, shot not once, but 5 times, a beautiful young woman that had so much potential to make something great of her life. The intent to kill is obvious. It is also obvious to everyone reading these blogs that you haven't a clue to what the facts are in this case. It is comical to read your attempt to create an alibi for this thug even after people had testified in a court of law. Too many witnesses to the facts and the prosecutor proving the case against the two.....It's a done deal.

I do think that it is a terrible tradgedy that Stephanie's life was wasted. I am dissapointed with all of the young people involved in this case and to me they are all young. They both recieved premeditated first-degree murder charges. They will both be spending the rest of their days getting traded for packs of cigarettes in some prison. Don't drop the soap dumpasses.

I have followed this post from the beginning and have not once commented but as a person close to this case I feel that justice has been done for both defendants guilty of 1st degree murder... I can live with that,but STEPHANIE will forever live in our hearts...

Actually she has a 2 million dollar bond and he is being remanded. Both of them currently on the phych units and nicely medicated and well taken care of.
