Costco and Home Depot are also on the eastside of Middlebelt. Donít listen to Pete; Livonia is safe community (he must be a Republican).

Livonia is still relatively safe. However, they have pockets of shoplifting and assault that are located along Middlebelt. All one needs to do is read the police blotter or the Observer paper. It takes very little effort to lift one's head out of the sand.

Was not where Forest City or Krogers was. Company name was Advantage Logistics. They razed that building & built a whole new one for Menards.

It was the distribution center for Krogers though.

Livonia police blotter already shows Menards being targeted by shoplifters.

Yea that's not a surprise. It's a huge store. They have some tough LP and when I was there some fat white lady got busted for stealing shampoo and tshirts...
People shoplift. It's not a surprise!

He's not joking. It's pretty scary people get that excited for a hardware store to open. Don't get me wrong, I am super excited, but NOT enough to stand in hour lines to get something I can get at Lowes.
Mennards is much cheaper than Lowes and Home Depo
