Poker Runs Illegal in Kansas

I think the great state of Kansas has bigger fish to fry than to worry about Charity Poker Runs that are helping others. We aren't talking about thousands of dollars for goodness sake. What about an exception for charitable organizations. Kansas is one of 4 states that won't allow the exception. I am very disappointed.
