I guess everyone deserves a second chance.It would really depend on the crime if it were my choice.

I work as a nurse at a prison and I deal with inmates daily,we have to remember that these are people and they are someones son,father, or brother.If a inmate truly wants to change he will,otherwise he will always be a threat to whomever he deals with.Anyone can change and it is not our job to judge.
