GALVESTON - Galveston Police have added a formidable weapon in their arsenal to "catch burglars hiding under houses, hiding behind bushes and trees."

FLIR (Forward-Looking Infraed Radar) units were installed on Galveston PD cruisers recently, with at least one apprehension based on its use so far, according to a police reports...
