I can't understand why this option hasn't been the top consideration from the beginning. We have railroads from Tomball,Magnolia,Conroe, Galveston,Baytown,Hempstead,Ka ty and every other direction leading into Houston. These same avenues could be extended to link all major cities in Texas. Nothing will be done until the public stops the toll road trend our state government is promoting. The voters have to start raising hell. Highways should be free to travel on.
