Imagine if this happened around the beginning of July. Makes moving the Haynes Apperson Festival to Foster Park really sound like a good idea now, huh?
All one has to do is research the infamous visit decades ago by the Ringling Brothers Circus to Kokomo and their attempted performance in what today is known as Foster Park during another major rain event. They might want to rethink this, or get some more insurance coverage.
I haven't seen UCT park this flooded since about 1981, what a shame. What would old Mr. Cooper think? Kudos to those that help all that are affected, and good luck to all who are facing damage or displaced from this disaster.
