Clayton man suspected in Sacramento County homicide

A Clayton man has been arrested on suspicion of killing one man and wounding another at a party Saturday night in Sacramento County, police said. via Inside Bay Area

This was A HORRIBLE tragedy, The man who was killed was A beautiful person with his whole future ahead of him he had two beautiful children and alot of friends who cared deeply about him. My heart aches for his family. And I as one of his friends have been broken by this tragedy.. He died a hero and will always be a hero we lost a great person but heaven gained one,may he rest in peace youll never be forgotten we love you!!!!!!

Ive been so lost since I found out about this. This was a good person who died a violent undeserved death for no reason he cared so much that he risked his own life and unfortunately lost it, I hope the idiot who did this gets the justice he deserves He took a perfect man away from his family and friends and Im sorry he deserves to suffer now too.. My heart goes out to both familys it was crazy. Myself and other family members was at the party that night we are very close friends with Logans family I felt very bad for stevens wife that night the cops were very rude and heartless to her. It is so sad that their kids lost their daddy because of some fucked of boy that had to pull out a gun over such a stupid arguement. I was one of the cellmates who posted about John not getting medical care and I am by no means feeling sorry for him. I was only stating that Sac County Jail is not giving ANYONE medical care when they need it, not even me. I'm not a bad guy either, I was arrested for DV and was released by the DA without charge but the jail treated me like a criminal before I ever had a day in court. I admit, JD seemed very cold and remorseless about the whole thing, but relize that he is on the 8th floor west which houses the worst of the worst and JD is on lockdown where many previous murderers have sat until their mind torments them and makes them want to kill themselves. Remember Nicolay Soltys? He killed himself on the same block that JD is on right now. Don't think that he is off the hook because knowing you'll be locked down 24/7 in a 6x8 room for the next two years of your trial is a living hell. Then knowing you will probably never see the light of day is something else that will torment you up in there.

To get the real story why dosnt strokers family/friends ask LOGAN...he is also a piece of shit!!!! Everyone blames john..wasnt he trying to leave this outta control party,when logan attacted him?(many people are coming forward to say that simple fact) Yes it is a tragic/senseless death..(and my heart goes out to his wife and kids) but had a very drunk LOGAN just shut the f*@k up. john would of left this party,then this stupid ass shit would not of happened. I really feel for Steven's family. It is a tragic loss and it never should have happened. We all are very sorry. However, it is well known that this Logan kid who was shot and survived was not a saint by any means. He was a drug dealer POS and he did start the conflict. John never should have had a gun and he never should have been in Galt, and he never should have shot anyone, but lets get the story straight... Steven got involved trying to defend someone who probably didn't deserve to be defended. The whole situation is a tragedy, and that party was out of control- a recipe for disaster. So maybe Logan needs to step up and admit that he instigated the whole conflict.
