Ahhh,,, the resources wars are begining. The Dutch are claiming the North Pole and it's hydrocarbons while our local tribes are going after their broken treaty water rights.
History makes the future so painfully predictable. LOL I am just mifted that the Navajos have my water rights beat by 46 years.
Enjoy watching lawyers grift away tax payer money,

WE strongly feel that Native peoples deserve thier fair share of water for their farms, homes and property. We own and have to water 1/2 acre of trees/shrubs and we still feel this way, even though the price for our irrigation water will increase. The citizens and local farmers deserve their water too and thusly so do Indian people and farmers. What's fair is fair and that should be the way it goes.

I hope that the water will be used for farming or other sustainably industries. I fugure that the water water will just be sold to people up and down stream.(Remember, lawyers and Window Rock was involved. LOL)
The Dine will just follow the path the Mountain Utes are blazing with just selling the water. Also all, think about eminent domain, when Alb and Phenox start to run dry.
