Stuff for brains liberals don't get it. Western doesn't pay the fine, it collects it at the pump. It doesn't pay taxes it collects it at the pump.

Until you realize who the real criminals are and do something about it, the state and country will continue down the tubes.

If corporations don't pay taxes ("it collects it at the pump"), HOW then do tax breaks help them??

Good question. Although I suspect it is posed as a rhetorical tool, I'll present a short attempt at edification.

Tax breaks: "We won't take your money if you behave in a certain way." It is a bribe of sort and relieves the business having to fight the government. It is best maintained by donating some of the cash to the proper political campaign.(R or D)

Taxes/fines are taken from the business. Business can only get money from it's customers.

Regulatory agencies operate like small town police departments. They set 'speed traps' if you allow me. The fines go to benefiting the regulatory agency and not to 'cleaning the air' or 'making roads safe'.
