It doesn't matter if the suspect is an illegal alien because I believe that our law has to be THE SAME for everyone (american or not)who kills another human being in our territory. If this guy was american, were we supossed to expect our law to be weaker and not punish him the same way for killing 3 people? If we start to make a difference, we are then giving privileges to american murderers like Scott Peterson, BTK, and many others trying to hurt more people in the country (as we just found out with a group of men in Florida trying to perform terrorism attacks in the Sears tower in Chicago and other buildings.)

I don't believe that blacks get harsher punishments than whites. I believe lower class citizens get harsher punishments than higher class people. Now for the illegal alien I believe the jury should be told about the mans citizenship. Mr. ser-tew this isn't a race issue it's a citizenship issue. If we turn our heads at the fact that we have a serious issue at hand with people entering our country illegally it will only get worse. These issues need to be put on the spotlight so they get the attention they deserve, and hopefully get some sort of resolve from it. This man is not a citizen of the U.S. so I ask you, does he deserve the same rights as you or I? In my opinion if your not a citizen of the U.S. you shouldn't get the benefits of being a citizen, for example welfare, social security, medicare, or medicade.

What world are u in,Its common knowledge that Black people get more time when they do a crime,You read about it and see it on the news all the time. Its suppose to be egual justice for all but it isnt.I can give many names and examples to show this is a Fact,

Very stupid for someone to write in all differnt names of that lady, that was ONLY done by spite,It most likely was a jealous relative ,like a Sister, aunt or cousin,it HAD TO BE a relative, very low down of that person too,People dont need any ememies in ther life if family members are like this.A shame

I guess you could say I live in the real world. I know the prison system very well, well enough to tell you that there is no difference in sentences for blacks compared to whites. But I feel your getting off the subject with RACE. This isn't about RACE it's about an illegal immagrant who committed a tragic crime against three innocent people. An immagrant who had a police record prior to his terrible murder spree which never should have happened becuase he never should have been here. When he committed his first misdemenor offense he should have been deported back to his home country, actually he should've been deported before he committed any crime.
